List of Composers of Criminal Minds Fantini Brothers Home

A gorgeous Mediterranean-style house on a canal in Venice, Calif. – owned by award-winning composers known for their work on “Criminal Minds” – has hit the market for $ 4.85 million, according to real estate company The Agency.

Known as The Fantini Brothers, Marc and Steffan Fantini own the duplex at 230 Linnie Canal, which was designed by Tomaro Architecture, a Bee Agency representative said in an email. Each house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa style home is minutes from the beach and offers an expansive 3,841 square foot floor plan with incredible waterfront views.

“A unique opportunity to live along the canals, these twin residences offer refined beauty and an indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is sure to enchant,” according to the listing.

The front of the house has elegant Mediterranean-style features with curved windows, a cobbled driveway, a warm stucco and stone exterior, and a slate roof. Ten electric gas lanterns surround the house.

Inside each residence, a fine warmth and texture comes from the design that uses stone, travertine tile, Venetian plaster, onyx, smooth stucco and wood elements. The great room includes a living room and a chef’s kitchen with wooden cabinets. The dining room includes a bar with lighting, a wine cooler and cellar, a fireplace and large glass doors highlighting the courtyard and the canal. A spiral staircase features intricate wrought-iron details, and each residence has a dark wooden elevator.

The master suite of each house is lit by a magnificent chandelier and has a stone fireplace. Through double doors, the bedroom opens onto a walk-in closet and a large adjoining bathroom with a flat screen TV, a bathtub, a double sink and a glass-enclosed shower.

The house’s roof terrace offers panoramic views, a kitchen, bar, sound system and raised garden beds. The property includes a private enclosed boat dock.

Emil Hartoonian and Michael Bloom of the Agency are the listing agents.
